Treatment Services

We take pride in what we do

Medical Detoxification

Medical detoxification provides a safe and professionally supervised process for individuals who require support while withdrawing from alcohol or substances. Withdrawal can be physically and emotionally challenging and, in some cases, may require close monitoring and medical support.

Our approach focuses on safety, comfort, and preparing individuals for ongoing therapeutic treatment and recovery.

Inpatient Rehabilitation

Our inpatient rehabilitation programme provides a structured residential environment where individuals can focus entirely on recovery away from external stressors and triggers.

Clients participate in a daily programme designed to support emotional healing, behavioural change, personal growth, and recovery through therapeutic interventions and supportive care.

Outpatient programmes

Our outpatient programmes provide flexible treatment options for individuals who require continued support while maintaining work, family, educational, or personal responsibilities.

Treatment plans are designed to provide ongoing therapeutic support and accountability while allowing individuals to continue their daily routines.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides one-to-one sessions with a qualified therapist or counsellor in a confidential and supportive environment.

These sessions help individuals explore emotional difficulties, trauma, behavioural patterns, addiction challenges, and personal goals while developing healthier coping strategies.

Group Therapy

Group therapy creates a safe and supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, gain insight, receive encouragement, and learn from others on similar recovery journeys.

Group sessions encourage connection, communication, accountability, and emotional support.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps individuals identify and challenge unhealthy thought patterns and behaviours contributing to addiction and emotional distress.

Clients learn practical tools to manage triggers, improve problem-solving skills, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

DBT helps individuals develop skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, reducing impulsive behaviours, and strengthening emotional wellbeing.

Core skills may include:

  • Mindfulness

  • Emotional regulation

  • Distress tolerance

  • Interpersonal effectiveness

Trauma-Informed Care

Our trauma-informed approach recognises that many individuals experiencing addiction and emotional difficulties may have experienced trauma.

We provide treatment in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where individuals can begin understanding and healing from difficult experiences.

Family Support

Addiction affects not only individuals but also their families and loved ones.

Our family support services provide counselling, education, communication support, and guidance designed to strengthen relationships and help families participate in the recovery process.

Aftercare & Reintegration

Recovery does not end after treatment.

Our aftercare and reintegration programme provides ongoing support to help individuals maintain recovery, build healthy routines, strengthen coping strategies, and successfully transition back into daily life.

Support may include:

  • Follow-up counselling

  • Recovery support groups

  • Relapse prevention planning

  • Family involvement

  • Continued wellbeing support
